Sales Support Administrator

Hours: 9am - 3pm 3 days per week

Location: Horsham

Salary: £14 - £15 p/h Permanent Equivalent

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our clients growing team. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.

You will play a key role in supporting order fulfilment, stock management, invoicing, logistics coordination, and general business administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate the efficient picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Monitor and maintain stock records, investigating discrepancies and highlighting low-stock levels where necessary.
Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and within agreed timescales.
Assist with purchase order processing and support basic financial administration activities.
Arrange and coordinate domestic freight bookings, liaising with carriers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Prepare shipping documentation and monitor deliveries through to successful proof of delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM system.
Manage customer and supplier information, ensuring records, contact details, and communication histories are kept current.
Handle business correspondence, filing systems, and document control procedures.
Provide general administrative support across the business and contribute to new initiatives as the company continues to grow.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, or sales support role.
Good communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and carriers.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team when required.
